We meet with athletes individually, either in person or virtually, to understand challenges and provide exercises according to our innovative, field-tested methods.
For athletes and parents — or entire sports-focused families — we offer group consultations to promote alignment and create a support system for mental resilience.
Is your team struggling with performance, alignment, nerves, or other challenges? We host team-focused events to foster breakthroughs, growth, and results.
This isn't just sports psychology — it's life psychology. Every parent needs this program.
Over 50,000 hours of coaching experience has allowed Dr. Trexler to discover what works and what does not work when motivating youth athletes ages 6-18.
Our program includes two versions of subliminal audio tracks that reduce anxiety and build confidence in just five minutes. The first version is traditional spoken audio, which is filled with positive affirmations and situation-specific encouragement. Athletes listen to these tracks during training, before competition, and during downtime, including sleep.
The second version features the exact wording of the first version, but at lower levels of audio perception. These subliminal versions are absorbed without the negative filtering thought barriers so common in athletes. Subliminals allow for positive psychological content to be internalized without effort. They may be used during downtime, sleep, or light activity.
The Bare Maximum is a patent-pending principle that refers to the minimal level of achievement required for the designation of excellence. It allows young athletes to release perfection and embrace the performance they are capable of.
Our program teaches the Bare Maximum Principle through training, audio tracks, and techniques that are easy to absorb and implement in daily activities and practice. Young athletes will discover sport-specific confidence and greater motivation and self-esteem. The Bare Maximum Principle can also be used in other areas of life, such as academic performance and general life challenges, helping students to thrive and build mental and emotional resilience.
The subliminal audio worked wonders. My son actually asked to re-listen to it the night before his game.
